Prototyping
The prototyping process is done by hand and by using techniques such as drafting in Illustrator and laser cutting fabric to increase speed. Each prototype is tested at each stage to validate the idea.
Pinning together materials and proof of technical concept shows through in an initial prototype.
Using tape, paper and then digital drafting has aided in my understanding of how panels come together to form a garment.
